Florean Museum's politic is for open windows. That means, everyone who wants, can have access to all the works from the museum's collection, considering that only in this way is justified a contemporary art museum.
The Florean Contemporary Art Museum is conceived out as an open workshop for creation and research, where is encountered all the contemporary art forms.
The films from the Museum Florean's collection which participated at the FIFE 2005 are available for those interested in the study of the contemporary art, respecting all the copyright laws.
It is illicit to use for commercial purpose any of the presented materials, without the authors agreement.
Florean Museum does not assume any responsibility in eventually juridical conflicts between the authors and those who does not respect the copyright low.
Because the films were very close from the point of view of the quality, the jury couldn't decide the winner.
The jury decided that next year at the festival will award 3 films to avoid this year's situation.
